Refund/Cancellation Policy For Events and Product Offered by Helene Timpone

Products: All of our educational materials are backed by our 100% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 60 days, and we will refund your money.

Coaching Services: You may request a refund for unused hours at any time. There will be 10% administrative fee charged based on the total amount paid. Processing fees may also apply. Also, note that if you have received a reduced rate for a package, such as four or more hours reducing the rate by $10.00 per hour, the first 1-3 hours of time used will be charged at the full price of $120 per hour. Please allow 7 to 10 days from time of request for processing your refund.

Seminars: For a refund, all cancellations must be in written format and take place in no less than 48 hours prior to the event. If cancellation is received at least 2 weeks prior to the event, there is a 10% administrative fee; less than 2 weeks prior will include a 20% administrative fee. An additional option is to apply money paid to a seminar at a later date.
