Keeping your Feet Planted on the Ground!

Do you know how in those moments of stress we find ourselves stuck in out brain? We are just thinking and thinking harder but we are in the hamster wheel. Its going no where fast! Try this very fast and easy way to move back into your body and get regulated!

  1. Standing have your feet hip with apart.
  2. Hands on hips
  3. Breathe in through your nose and out of your mouth. Once is enough but go for the gold try 3 x's!

** How do you know if it worked? Feel your feet. Notice they feel firmly planted on the ground! 🙂 Did you ever hear that old cliche' keep your feet on the ground and your head out of the clouds?
